Horrible. Will not assist in an emergency! Do not use! Went in with a check engine light. The service manager would not ask his tech to look at my car. He easily could have but did not! Being very new to the area with was very distressing.

Lies and mark ups on vehicles, overcharging on other items as well . Buyer beware . Go elsewhere with your money unless you want to give it away .

Looking to buy a new vehicle and have a trade in with quite a bit of equity in it. Everything goes well until the end when the paperwork shows a $5000 markup on the new car. When I ask about it, their reasoning they provided in writing was "our dealership is not the only one doing it, all new vehicles have them." I'm sure someone will pay the markup but it won't be me. Would not recommend anyone buying from them

The service people at Berlin Toyota were amazing to me. I was on vacation when I was in need of urgent repair. They were able to find a part for me and do the repair within 24 hrs on top on giving me a ride to the hotel and delivering my repaired car to m e so my vacation would not be ruined. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Thank you all!

For 2nd visit, complained that glove box rattled. Explained that it happened more on the rough roads where I live, 1.5 hours away. Explained that it would stop if glove box was pushed in, as it is loose, or if I left the glove box open. Also Explained that I had tried velcro but it didn't help. And finally explained that it made the same noise whether empty or full. It was in for the 25000 mile service. When they told me it was done, they first said it was the sunglasses in the glass holder above the mirror. I didn't ask them to identify a rattle, I knew without a doubt that it was glove box. I was treated like a fool. Those glasses had only been there a week,, the rattle had been going on a 6 months. Then the gentleman who brought me my keys and paperwork and said they did hear the rattle and they checked the new cars and they were the same. I Explained this rattle is embarrassing and makes this sound like a cheap car. It is a 2020 Rav4 hybrid. I bought every warranty package available believing I would be taken care of. If only Berlin City's service department was as good as it's sales department. I approached my sales person afterwards. He immediately went for a ride with me to try to hear it. As it is worse on rough road, it took a bit but he did hear it and said he would check on it for me. I believe in him and will update this post if this problem is resolved without me having to make another 3 hour round-trip drive. But at this point, I cannot recommend Berlin City Toyota because of their service department. I also plan on getting rid of this car if problem is not solved. The rattle is like the squeak of a Styrofoam box bouncing around, driving me crazy. Oh, and on my paperwork, the person who inspected the car wrote, car is okay. What does okay mean. Is it not in excellent condition, does it need something but is okay for now. So unhappy.

Was very satisfied with service the only complaint I have is the price per hour i think 115.00 is very high i think 65.00 per hour is more reasonable outside of that i was satisfied

I went to test drive a vehicle, and they claimed I had already test driven that vehicle, which I have not, after I had told the salesman I test drove a corrola there he then stated that in order to continue with the process of test driving of the vehicle the salesman told me I would have to disarm myself, and leave my holstered revolver in my vehicle, so after that rude request I said they can keep the car. Definitely will not be dealing with this aweful dealership ever again.

Got a great deal with a coupon for my oil change and free rotation ..they even washed my car! The service manager was a big help and saved a lot for me!

Bobby Poulin is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with! He makes sure you feel like your at home when you are waiting for your vehicle. He keeps you updated as the service is being completed. Then he takes time at the end to explain what was done on your vehicle.

The running problem with my Tundra was diagnosed and repaired in one day by these professionals, with all the parts needed in stock, at a cost of way less than the local shops wanted to charge me just to look at it. Unmatched professionalism , incredible technical knowledge on the product, great pricing, and fast service. It doesn't get any better than this. I would not even think about going anywhere else for service on any of my Toyota's.

Robert was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He offered up a date for my next service, but I put so many miles on my truck that I am not your typical 5,000 mile/6 month owner. Therefore, I was unable to make a date for my next service.
