    I started my career with Berlin City in 1992 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire. I started off as a sales guide and worked my way up to used vehicle sales manager within 10 months and after 4 years was promoted to GSM of Presidential motors in Intervale, NH, which was later relocated to Gorham and was the sales manager for the Honda franchise for the past 10 years. In June of 2008 I was given the opportunity to be the General manager of the Berlin City GM superstore and now General Manager Berlin City Auto Group.

    David has been a Berlin City employee for over 21 years. He started his career at Berlin City in 1988 as a salesperson and quickly worked his way into a management position.  From 1996 to 1999 David was General Manager of Berlin City Dealerships in Gorham, NH and during that time period learned valuable customer relations as well as employee handling skills. 

    For the past 10 years, he has been managing Berlin City's most successful franchise, Toyota, and during that time period helped them achieve #1 volume Tundra dealership status in New England and in 2008 the coveted President's Award from Toyota. 

    David and his wife Gina reside in Berlin, NH with their three boys, Tyler 20, Bronson 16 and Austin 14.  He enjoys providing a customer experience that is over the top and takes pride in all his many repeat buyers that have come back to Berlin City over the last 21 years.

    Currently maintaining a prominent leadership role at Berlin City Auto Group, Steve Landers joined the dealership more than two decades ago, working his way up to his present position as a Sales Manager. Over the course of his tenure at Berlin City Auto Group, Steve has displayed a notable dedication to each and every one of his many satisfied customers, always willing to put in extra effort to ensure an individual's optimal satisfaction.

    Understanding that Berlin City Auto Group's reputation is built on the company's commitment to offering "over the top" service, Steve notes that he and the rest of the dealership's sales team will do anything it takes to facilitate an enjoyable car-buying experience. Specially certified by Toyota as an Expert Sales Manager, Steve continually strives to develop his professional capabilities, always searching for ways in which to expand upon his knowledge base.

    Born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, Steve enjoys life in New England for a number of reasons, understandably pleased to reside in such a beautiful area of the country. Outside of his work at Berlin City Auto Group, Steve dedicates his time to his children, preferring to spend a relaxing evening at home whenever possible.

    George Malloy joined the team at Berlin City Auto Group nine years ago, transitioning into the automotive industry after working in manufacturing and overseeing his own business.

     As a Sales Representative at the dealership, George retains a strong commitment to fostering positive interactions with all of his customers, deeply aware that one of the most important aspects of his job entails establishing a solid foundation of trust. When a customer walks through the doors at Berlin City Auto Group, they can expect to receive "over the top" care from George and his colleagues, the type of people-oriented service targeted toward fostering a relationship that stands the test of time.

    Although George's warm personality and considerable skill set would undoubtedly set him apart as a star player any car dealership in New England, he proudly opts to represent Berlin City Auto Group based on the company's well-known dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards in every aspect of business practice.

     A native of Berlin, New Hampshire, George loves the laid-back lifestyle New England is known for, also pointing out that he derives a great deal of enjoyment from the region's distinct seasonal changes. In his free time, George unwinds by fishing in New Hampshire's sparkling lakes and rivers. Also content with simply kicking back at home after a long day of work, George nonetheless looks forward to taking a road trip up north and across the Canadian border, stopping over in Montreal for a stint before heading back to New Hampshire.

    David "Boa" Coulombe is a native New Englander who was born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire. A valued member of the team at Berlin City Auto Group for the past 12 years, David currently applies himself as a Sales Representative for the dealership's Toyota division. Strongly committed to maintaining the high standards of excellence in service that Berlin City Auto Group is known for, David treats every customer with the utmost consideration and respect.

    For David, selling cars is more than just a job. A true professional in every sense of the word, David stands apart for his strong listening skills and engaging personality. Most importantly, David possesses a genuine willingness to go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring that a client is satisfied with their new vehicle in every respect. Having sold Toyotas for over a decade, David presently drives the manufacturer's much-lauded Tundra, a full-size pickup truck that has garnered numerous accolades for its sturdy design and appealing tow-package. Boasting either a V-6 or a refined V-8 engine, the Toyota Tundra was voted by Motor Trend Magazine's as the Truck of Year upon its release.

    When he isn't working tirelessly to find the ideal vehicle for his customers at Berlin City Auto Group, David can be found spending time with his children, playing softball, listening to music, and enjoying New Hampshire's changing seasons in all their glory. In addition to his passion for cars, David also enjoys collecting MVP sports cards, a hobby he has maintained for quite some time

    Currently applying himself as a Sales Representative, Paul fully utilizes his considerable knowledge of foreign and domestic vehicles to ensure that every customer he works with drives off the lot in a car or truck that suits their needs in every capacity. As a longtime leader in Berlin City Auto Group's Sales Department, Paul recognizes the importance of aiming for excellence on a daily basis, fully aware that his position makes him responsible for the guidance and mentorship of new employees.     Joining the staff at Berlin City Auto Group in 2006, Todd Biron brings more than 22 years of sales experience to his role at the dealership. Prior to embarking on his career in the automotive industry, Todd bravely served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.

    Treating every client as he would expect to be treated himself, Todd strives to provide the highest level of care to everyone he encounters in his daily work. Originally hailing from Vermont, Todd wouldn't trade living in New England for anything. Especially fond of the plethora of fresh seafood that the region is known for, Todd is a self-professed lobster fan who enjoys cooking at home in his spare time.

    Currently driving a Toyota Rav-4, Todd singles out a 1963 Split-Window Corvette as his dream vehicle. When Todd next gets the opportunity to take a vacation, he plans on traveling to Alaska for a change of scenery.

    A Certified Sales Consultant with Berlin City Auto Group's Toyota dealership for the past five years, Michael Aubut is a lifelong New Englander born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire.

    Prior to transitioning into a career in the automotive industry, Michael served his country as a member of the United States Army's Special Forces division, garnering a number of distinctions and decorations for his bravery and patriotic dedication.

    Michael approaches his work at Berlin City Auto Group with a primary focus on customer service, always going the extra mile to form long-lasting relationships with every client. Believing that his job only begins with the sale of a car or truck, Michael notes that the dealership is committed to ensuring a fantastic driving experience at every turn in the road, providing unsurpassed regular maintenance options and trade-in opportunities. Like so many of us, Michael has been through less-than satisfactory car-buying experiences, therefore he goes to great lengths to ensure that he provides every customer with the same "over the top" care he would expect to receive himself.

    Outside of his professional activities at Berlin City Auto Group, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, ideally outdoors. A skilled angler, Michael loves fishing during the summer months. When winter sets in, Michael makes the most of the cold weather by riding his snow mobile through the region?s backcountry. In the future, Michael looks forward to taking a road trip across the country, driving through Michigan and North Dakota, Oregon being the final destination of his adventure.

    Joe Sabins has been in the automotive industry at Berlin City for 13 years.  He lives in the town of Bethel, Maine with his wife Nancy and three children, Jonathan 19, Ashley 16, and Mitchell 14.  They have an Alpine Dairy Goat Farm they have lived on for 39 years. 

    Joe is a Certified Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and Ford Sales Consultant as well as a Certified Toyota Sales Consultant and with his background on the farm Joe has extensive knowledge of livestock and heavy equipment towing and shares his knowledge with his customers and  looks forward to sharing with new ones as well.

    Bill was born and raised in Berlin, NH. He enlisted in the army in the fall of 1964 returning home in 1967.  Bill went to work with the US Postal Service in 1968 retiring in January 2001.  As an active retiree he decide to start a second career in the automotive industry in February of 2001 and has been with Berlin City ever since.  Bill's interests are in hunting, fishing, & gun collecting.  Stop in and meet Bill it will be an unforgettable experience.

    A Parts Consultant at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil "Parts Phil" Cloutier brings over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry to his work at the New Hampshire-based Ford dealership.

    Before he stepped into his current role at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil honed his skills working with a wide variety of vehicle makes and models including Nissans, GMs, Hondas, Toyotas, and Dodges, to name just a few. Approaching his responsibilities in Berlin City's part Department with a sense of thoroughness, Phil makes it a point to always tie up loose ends, leaving nothing to chance. If a customer should require additional assistance after their vehicle has been serviced, Phil is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure a job well done.

    Holding a degree in Automotive Technology, Phil employs his knowledge on a daily basis noting that his education enables him to provide "over the top" care to every client no matter how complex their needs may be.

    A multi-talented individual who firmly believes in the importance of giving back to his community, Phil devotes a portion of his spare time to his job as a volunteer firefighter, garnering an award as Gorham, New Hampshire's Firefighter of the Year in 2009. Aside from his career at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil enjoys relaxing with his family at home

    Bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience to his role at Berlin City Auto Group, Tim Chapman currently applies himself as a Sales Representative at the highly regarded automotive dealership. Joining Berlin City's sales team in 2010, Tim places a great deal of value on fostering a personal relationship with all of his customers. Treating every client with the highest level of respect and consideration, Tim goes above and beyond to make the process of purchasing a new car or truck enjoyable in all respects.

    Asked to name a favorite vehicle, Tim singles out GMC's Yukon Denali 2500, a solid workhorse of an SUV currently available with a 100,000 mile, five-year power train warranty. A New England resident who grew up in Maine, Tim loves the Northeast's distinct seasons and friendly communities. In his leisure time away from Berlin City Auto Group, Tim can be found out on the river with his fly fishing gear, or relaxing at home with his family. Planning his next vacation, Tim looks forward to taking a long road trip through Canada and Alaska.
